The BENEO-Institute, founded by BENEO in 2009, is committed to promoting innovation and excellence in the use of functional food and beverage ingredients. The BENEO-Institute has far-ranging knowledge and capabilities in the areas of Nutritional Science, Regulatory Affairs and Nutrition Communication and includes experts from different scientific backgrounds such as biology, bio-chemistry, food chemistry, food science, food technology, bio-engineering and nutritional science. The BENEO-Institute’s overall objective is to help food and beverage manufacturers find innovative solutions and develop new products which provide nutrition and health benefits substantiated by nutritional science.
